LifeQuest’s Intensive Outpatient Program for Addiction Treatment provides multidisciplinary treatment to comprehensively address the sub-acute needs of clients with addiction and/or co-occurring disorders while allowing them to maintain participation in the community, continue to work or attend school and be part of family life.
Our Philosophy is founded on the concept of providing for a structured program of addiction treatment in the community allowing clients to maintain sobriety in the context of their existing support system at home and in the community, so as not to further disrupt their work and family life. Individuals are entitled to treatment that is humane, protects the individual’s dignity and prepares the individual for ongoing treatment of his/her alcohol or drug dependence, psychiatric, and/or medical condition as indicated.
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is specifically designed for people who are in various stages of recovery from substance use/abuse. IOPs are different from residential inpatient rehab programs in that treatment is generally part-time, which allows for continued daily activities such as work, or school while the client is home. For many people struggling to get clean or remain clean, an intensive outpatient program could be exactly what is needed to break free from substance use/abuse.
