How to Get Started

Services are provided in person and also virtually through our secure practice management software. LifeQuest is certified by the Missouri Department of Behavioral Health and we strictly follow all guidelines and regulations required by The Dept. of Behavioral Health and HIPPA regarding confidentiality, policy, and procedure. After submitting the Contact Form, we will call to answer any questions you may have and if you decide to proceed, we will need about 10 minutes to complete the intake process by taking down your demographic information, completing a brief mental health assessment, and then getting you scheduled for a session.
